Conditions prior to the Sub-project implementation

Cupboards, partitions and doors were in need of repair and many of the windows were damaged, making the structure insecure. The toilet facilities were inadequate and in urgent need of repair. The perimeter fence was in a state of disrepair and was a security threat as unauthorized persons could enter the school premises. There were drainage issues around the school buildings that created a health and safety hazard when it rained.
