Conditions prior to the Sub-project implementation
The Stubbs Village Road was a dirt unpaved road and the state of the road was a major concern for residents as when it rained residents had difficulty getting to and from their daily travelling and there were also incidents where the area became impassable. Unfortunately, there were times that children and adults slipped and fell while trying to negotiate along the slippery dirt pathway.
